Order information

Black Paw Books links to product listings and checkout pages operated by Payhip or Printify. Before completing an order, check the provider’s checkout for the final price and currency, applicable taxes, delivery method and timing, shipping destinations, and refund or return terms.

Digital download access and physical product fulfilment depend on the listing and checkout you choose. Product availability, shipping, and delivery vary by region; a listing does not promise that every product can be delivered worldwide.

Free calendar offer: The Black Paw Books 2027 My Dog Calendar is offered at no additional charge with an order of a listed hoodie, cap, wallet, mug, or pet bowl. To claim the digital calendar, contact the seller through Payhip after checkout and include your merchandise order number. The seller will verify the order and send the file manually; it is not automatically added to the Printify order.

For changes, refunds, delivery questions, or other order help, use the support method shown by the provider where you placed the order, or contact the seller through the Payhip store contact page.

The linked checkout’s terms and policies apply to your order. This page does not add or replace them.
